Main course : The confit tomato tart with eggplant puree mixed with mustard, arugula salad & olives.

Main course : Denti roasted with peaches, served with green beans, fresh onions and Taragon sauce.
Starter : Roasted foie gras served with seasonal fruits and a reduction of Maury sweet wine..
Main course : The Duck filet roasted with bitter cacao, fresh figs, pumkin & black currant sauce.
